Disneyland’s super-popular Main Street Electrical Parade will make a return engagement this summer, Disney officials announced Friday on the park’s blog.
And, as always, it’s a limited run.
“That’s right,” the Disney blog says, “the Main Street Electrical Parade, along with its half-million sparkling lights and ‘electro-syntho-magnetic musical sounds’ will once again create magical summer memories for guests of all ages.”
The parade will return Aug. 2 and be presented nightly through Sept. 30.
The parade made its last appearance in Anaheim in 2017, after a seven-year hiatus during which Disney World in Florida featured the attraction.
The lighted spectacle made its Disneyland debut in 1972 and ran till 1996. Since then, it has been brought back for occasional runs.
