Bigg Boss Telugu 3: Students protest outside host Akkineni Nagarjuna’s house to stop the reality show

The reality show Bigg Boss can often be synonymous to controversial in literal sense and we have seen many incidents often, be it in any language. The latest controversy to happen with the show is in Telugu after allegations of harassment by two women artists came to light before the show started. Gayatri Gupta and Shwetha Reddy filed separate complaints with police officials in Hyderabad claiming they were harassed by makers of Bigg Boss Telugu show. And after this news broke out, the makers faced the heat from common audience and reached a stage where host Akkineni Nagarjuna contemplated delaying the start of the show. And adding more rigour to this backlash, students of the Osmania University protested outside Nagarjuna’s house today in Hyderabad urging the makers and the host to stop the show from being broadcasted.

A video is going viral on social media in which students can be seen staging a protest outside the Manmadhudu 2 actor’s house urging him to stop the show. Police officials sprung into action and started taking away the students and stopping them from protesting outside Nagarjuna’s house. Watch the video here:

Nagarjuna is yet to respond to all the situation about Bigg Boss Telugu 3 which is a day away from the inaugural episode. The complaints rom the two women artists, Gayatri Gupta and Swetha Reddy, were filed a week ago in Hyderabad but the police officials are yet to act on it, reportedly. And amidst all this chaos, the makers of Bigg Boss Telugu 3 released a promo of the reality show which confirms that it will proceed as per schedule.
